After joining your Subject, you'll find a Group already created and ready to use. This Group was provided on the order form. Groups allow admins to organize participants in the ensembles that apply to them. Participants can be placed into multiple groups and arranged freely.

Depending on the needs of your Subject, you may wish to create additional groups based on your use case. Groups and rosters are persistent across all Arc products, including Beam and Geo.

Tap the button in the bottom right corner
Enter the Group's details, customize the icon, toggle product visibility, and then tap Create

Locate Group Join Codes

Tap the Group
Tap Codes

Code Screen Functions

Tap a code to copy it to your device clipboard
Tap the button to share a QR code for participants to use to join (learn more)
Regenerate codes (does not impact current participants)
Share selected codes using your device's share functionality (e.g., text message, email, AirDrop, etc.)
