Reset password

To reset your Arc password, follow the prompts in the app from the home screen.

Resetting Arc account password

1. At the UDBapp login screen, tap Forgot password?

2. Enter the email address or phone number associated with your Arc account

3. Follow the instructions that are sent to you to create a new password

4. Contact Arc support if you're still having trouble resetting your password

Login issues with Google

• The single sign-on (SSO) option to access your Arc account is managed by Google

• Ensure you can login to other apps using your Google credentials

• If you are still having trouble using your Google account, contact Arc support and we will help you resolve the issue.
