Regenerate codes

Administrators can regenerate codes at any time within the app. Regenerating codes:

• Does not affect participants who have already joined

• Invalidates the old codes for joining Groups or for UDBapp Pyware uploads

• Generates a new QR code, making the old one unusable

Codes can be regenerated at the Subject level (Subject code, Admin password, Upload code) or for specific Groups.

Regenerate Subject codes

1. On the app home screen, tap Settings

2. Tap Codes

3. Tap the Subject Codes tab at the top

4. Tap Regenerate

Regenerate Group codes

1. On the app home screen, tap Settings

2. Tap Codes

3. Tap the Group Codes tab at the top

4. For the desired Group, tap Regenerate

Regenerate Group codes for a specific product or role

1. On the app home screen, tap Settings

2. Tap Codes

3. Tap the Group Codes tab at the top

4. Tap the QR code icon and then tap to regenerate
