Music is added to the drill by the designer within Pyware® before it is uploaded to UDBapp. Here are some steps to try resolving audio issues.

For Directors

  • Check if the device is connected to any external speakers

  • Ensure your device is playing audio correctly from other apps

  • Turn off any "silence" toggles on your device

  • Try playing the drill on a different device to rule out device-related issues

  • On the drill file, tap and View Details to ensure there is an audio file listed with a .ogg or .wav file extension

  • Contact your drill designer to make them aware of the issue

For Designers

  • Ensure the audio file is working in the drill within Pyware®

  • Confirm the audio file is a .ogg (preferred) or .wav file

  • Test the drill on your own device within UDBapp

  • Reupload the drill file to UDBapp, download the update within UDBapp, and test it

  • Contact support and we will investigate and reply within two business days
