Can't find join codes

Members / Staff: Get the codes from an Administrator

Codes are provided to Administrators to distribute to Members and Staff. Get in touch with your organization's Administrator to get the appropriate join codes.

Administrators: Get the codes from the activation email

When a new order is placed for UDBapp, the instructions for joining the Subject (along with the codes) are sent to the email address provided. If you are having trouble locating the email, try searching for these details.

• Sender: activations@ultimatedrillbook.com

• Subject line word(s): Activation, UDB, [organization name], year, order XXXXX

• Body word(s): Subject code, Administrator password, Upload code

Administrators: Current Administrators can access all join codes within UDBapp

Navigate to Codes

1. After logging in to an Administrator account, tap Settings

2. Find and tap Codes

Share codes

1. Tap Share and select which codes to include (to join as an Administrator, the Subject code and Admin password are needed)

2. The selected person/address will receive a generated text with the selected codes
