Manage licenses and product access

Administrators can manage Arc product access within the UDB app
Tap the "Activated" menu item to change license allocation
Tap the Group name
Tap a participant
Administrators can manage Arc product access within the UDB app

Administrators can monitor and redistribute licenses for all Arc products from within UDBapp. Deactivating licenses can free up seats for participants who need access as your circumstances change throughout the year. Removing product access from participants does not remove them from Groups.

Tap the "Activated" menu item to change license allocation

Manage licenses by product

To view and manage licenses based on a specific product, follow the steps below.

Navigate to Licenses

  1. Tap Settings

  2. Tap Licenses

  3. Tap the Activated menu item for the chosen product

Deactivate licenses

  1. Tap Activated (#) toggle at the top of the screen

  2. Scroll to the Member/Staff section

  3. Tap Deactivate and confirm

Activate licenses

  1. Tap Non-Activated (#) toggle at the top of the screen

  2. Scroll to the Member/Staff section

  3. Tap Activate and confirm

Tap the Group name

Manage licenses by Group

To view and manage licenses for a specific Group, follow the steps below.

Change product access

  1. Tap a Group

  2. Tap Edit in the top right corner

  3. Toggle product access and tap Save

  1. Tap a participant

  2. Tap Licenses

  3. Tap Activate or Deactivate
